Solape Sonuga
Solape Sonuga is a tri-sector leader committed to sustainable development and transformative impact in Nigeria, with a focus on inclusion, public sector reform and policy advancement. She serves as Deputy Chief of Staff and Head of Programmes at the Conference of Speakers and Heads of African Parliaments, and recently completed a Master's degree in Rights and Social Policy at Maynooth University, Ireland, as a Roger Casement Fellow under the Ireland Fellowship Programme, specialising in human rights, social policy processes and global justice. She is Director of the Legislative Mentorship Initiative, nurturing the next generation of public sector leaders, and previously served as Programme, Policy and Strategic Partnerships Manager at ElectHER, advancing women's political representation in Africa. Earlier she was the youngest legislative aide to the Speaker of the 9th House of Representatives, coordinating the office's policy think tank. She holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science and professional certifications in personnel management, project management, legislative drafting and policymaking.
